William is an AMT-accredited Remedial Massage Therapist, and he has worked closely with different allied health practitioners since early 2022. This background allows William to accumulate extensive experience dealing with various injuries and chronic muscular conditions.
William applies therapeutic massage techniques to help clients gain long-term muscle quality improvement through rebalancing the muscle tension and increasing joint movement rather than just providing short-term relief.
William uses active procedures, such as myofascial release and muscle energy techniques, also myofascial cupping techniques to help you release the pain in your neck, shoulder and back. In addition, he provides intuitive and efficient home stretches and exercises advice after the remedial treatment, which helps clients achieve self-management for chronic pain and reinforces the treatment result. William can speak fluently in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
William is available Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
