Which payment methods do you accept?
We have a HICAPS facility which allows you to claim your health benefits on the spot with various health funds. We also have credit card, AMEX and EFTPOS facilities.
What is the popping sound?
Some adjusting methods can produce a popping sound when the gas and fluids that exist within the joints are released. There is a common misbelief that the noise is the bones going back in place or rubbing on each other, this is incorrect treatments are gentle and should not cause any discomfort to the patient.
How long are consultations?
Please allow 45minutes for your Initial Consultation. This ensures we have adequate time to go through your medical history, address your health concerns and provide treatment. For subsequent visits you should allow 15minutes.
Does it hurt whilst getting adjusted?
It's not normally painful however in a small minority of cases, tenderness the following day may be experienced. These symptoms are often a normal part of the healing process as your movement improves.
